Once you have installed the module, all you need to do is allocate a supervisor/project manager/operation manager to review their teams’ activities.
As soon as they are assigned the role of supervisor, they will be able to see their team members’ activities on the dashboard.
- Sales Manager can view the activities scheduled for leads/opportunities.
- The Production Manager can supervise the whole production schedule.
- The Project Manager can track the sales order and invoice generation activities.
- The Accounts Manager can get hold of bank statements and transactional activities.
