Humble Beginnings
Back in 2015 , four friends from India looked at the ERP industry and noticed something unusual
While ERP was meant to be transformational, almost every other service provider only spoke about development tasks, not the business or the people behind it.
Back then, nearly every pitch sounded the same:
“What customization do you need?”
“How many hours are utilized?”
“What’s the scope file?”
No one was asking the questions that truly mattered. No one was asking the questions that actually shape a business.
The questions that should have been asked:
“What problem are you really trying to solve?”
“What does success look like for your team, not just your system?”
“Why did your previous attempt to digitalization failed?”
